• Diocesan Background Check Release (Authorization/Waiver)
• Request for Search of the Central Registry (CPS)[avoid common errors]
• Acknowledgement of the Policy ("Attachment E")
• Questionnaire
• Registration/Attendance to a VIRTUS Seminar (Register with the Arlington Diocese)
• Acknowledgement of the Code of Conduct

Clergy are consider employees, regardless of compensation.  Clergy also have a modified Code of Conduct to accommodate additional considerations for the role of the cleric.  Any cleric should read and submit the Acknowledgement of the Clergy Code of Conduct instead of the Code of Conduct for Laity.
