What do i do?

The Sacrament of Penance is made up of the following parts:

Before:
Prayer, Almsgiving and Fasting

Examination of Conscience

During:
Confessing your sins and reciting an Act of Contrition

After:
Completing the penance you have been given and practicing virtue
