Who can apply?
Funding from the Operation Rice Bowl Program is designed to provide small grants (up to $1500) to local food and health programs. Applicants may be private non-profits, government programs, or religious groups of any denomination. Priority is given to projects in rural areas of the Arlington Diocese and those run by Catholic institutions.
