| Grew up on a farm in Maryland (I can milk a goat like nobody’s business!), studied Mechanical Engineering at Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!), and worked for the Navy for 10 years developing weapon systems. Decided to try full-time youth ministry in Alaska, met my wife, accepted my current position in the Arlington Diocese and settled down in Northern Virginia.
We now have five great children and enjoy travelling around the country in our motor home (I have been in all 50 states and all Canadian Territories and Provinces!). I am a member of Youth Apostles Institute and the Fellowship for the New Evangelization; both of these organizations help me to remain grounded in my faith and energized in my ministry.
