- I am a Northern Virginia native and the second of seven children. I have a Bachelor's in Liberal Arts from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland.
Prior to joining the OYM staff, I was a teaching assistant in a program for learning disabled girls at a Catholic high school in Baltimore, where I learned many lessons about compassion, perseverance, and flexibility. I also spent a year of service in Middle Georgia, working both in Campus Ministry and with an outreach program to provide clothing and financial assistance to mothers with young children.
One of my most embarassing moments was when I genuflected in a movie theatre.
